How do I get a receipt?

You will only be charged the quoted amount unless there are additional wait times or extra hours.

Where will I be met at the airport?

Your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area for your convenience.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights and will adjust our schedule to accommodate any delays.

Are pets allowed inside the vehicles?

Yes, pets are allowed if you inform us in advance. We strive to accommodate your needs.

How can I contact my chauffeur?

Your chauffeur will text you when he is on his way to pick you up.

What kind of training do your chauffeurs go through?

Our chauffeurs undergo background checks, eight hours of training, and a road test upon hiring in order to ensure quality service.

I want to make changes to my booking. What should I do?

Is there any charge for an additional stop?

Yes, there is a charge for additional stops. We will inform you of the cost when you make your reservation.

Is there a fee for waiting periods?

There is a 15-minute grace period for waiting. Charges will apply after this period.

When do I get charged for my service?

You will be charged on the day of service.
